As many as five House seats could flip in 2024 after the Allen v. Milligan ruling, in which the Supreme Court upheld a key provision of the Voting Rights Act.
That was their state courts though. Not that it's any better, but it is different. I think this is good news for the anti-ISL theorists that Kavanaugh and Roberts were both in the majority on this one.
