It’s a very easy read and many pages are photos and tables. So it’s not as long as it seems.

And in fact, I would even say that it’s an entertaining read. Like a HBO show script ;)

After reading the indictment I recommend reading up on the document scandals of Biden and pence.

It will become very clear why they are not the same and why trump was indicted.

After that I recommend watching the coverage of the indictment by conservative media and the statements republican politicians make.

It will turn your stomach.

It's absolutely stunning to read. It's also stunning to see people, public figure or otherwise, defend his actions. I am unable to wrap my brain around the conservative talking points. It just makes no sense.

Maybe. The other side seems to enjoy cooking up wild theories about the "deep state" and I have learned that a lot of their nonsense is projection. So sometimes I think about maybe the nutty stuff they say is just a page from their playbook.

Marco Rubio said that there was no victim in these crimes and that prosecutorial discretion should have been used. First, so Rubio admits crimes were committed. Second, every single citizen of the USA is a victim. Third, discretion was used.

I was a little shocked they didn't take his passport, but I imagine they are watching him like a hawk. NPR explained the lack of a mugshot though and it makes sense. It isn't necessary because he is a public figure and has plenty of photos in circulation they can reference if needed.

Yes they’re there to protect him, but they’re also law enforcement agents, and if he goes on the run… most likely he’s getting shot. Or has a heart attack. Cuz…. That many hamberders at that age, and no excercise….

If he tries to ditch them, they can’t stop him any more than any one else.

The good news is that his private pilots for that airplane shaped dildo of his probably are very unlikely to fly him out of the country.

Maybe the only people willing to do it are cartel drug smugglers and Russian stooges. Which could make for an interesting movie…. It’d have to be a comedy. Ending with him in cuffs as he gets ransomed back to us law enforcement…
