Angelo John Gage, a neo-Nazi who recently started using the name "Lucas Gage" and whose Twitter feed is a constant stream of antisemitism and racism, says he received his first payment through the platform's revenue sharing system.
It's was $165.52 — not much, obviously. But it's also not nothing.
Elon Musk has not only welcomed Nazis. He's now directly paying them too.
@glightly I do too. People I like and respect are still active on Twitter, sometimes even tweeting at Musk to try to convince him to take hate and harassment seriously. At this point, it's a bit like shouting at a tornado and demanding it stop.
It's fucking brutal is what it is...people who I took seriously telling me to relax...that's "it's no big deal." That "they have to be there" because of their career or their followers...like the rest of us didn't give anything up. Hmm. What was it like in Berlin in 1934? I guess we all kinda have a window into that, eh?
