@Strandjunker I live in one of the states where a whole big bunch of billionaires live, I’m not one of them. Do I want to be…..we the common people of Washington State are so over taxed; it’s an upside pyramid of the poorest at the top, the richest at the bottom, just a little wedge! But they control multibillion dollar companies. Our tax system is a pathetic pile of poop, I’m on SSI and barely scraping by. Our tax is 10.2% on a dollar, it’s even applied to every gallon of gas!

@Strandjunker I'm no specialist so it's a serious question. Is that amount of money really the amount of money they have or does it includes the value of their share in their company? If it includes the value, wouldn't they have to sell the company to be able to pay those taxes? 🤔

@Strandjunker the government already taxes the rich. They don't use those tax revenues to help the poor. So more taxation probably won't have the effect you're looking for.
Instead, may I suggest stealing from the rich, or hacking the banks, or burning the yachts, or ...
@Strandjunker yes but make sure you define “rich” appropriately. Every attempt to tax the rich to date has ended up as a tax on the middle class while the really rich feel no pain.
