Shout-out to @kristinHenry for boosting #WomenWhoCode this week -- here's a gif from a project of mine.. I've been working on creating a visualization technique for planar graph embedding of segmented cerebrovascular morphology (finding all the arteries / veins in a brain scan and disentangling them to lie flat). The long term goal is to get this to a place where you could hover over the "subway map" of the brain, and have it control a "Magic Schoolbus"-style viewfinder traversing the 3D scan 🤓
