@saila @daveshea @glass I'll second Glass; it's free of videos and influencer garbage, and the photography people share is consistently amazing. It's focused on photography, though—I think I'm the only one posting art there.

Pixelfed is good too—basically the Mastodon version of Instagram—although the web UI is a bit clunky on mobile. That'll probably improve as soon as there's a native app.

@csilverman @saila that’s helpful context, the focus on photography may not quite fit my uses where I’m blending photos with lifestyle. I don’t remember how far I got evaluating it before my trial ran out though, so I should poke my head back in and see if I can see a fit. Thanks!
