@Teri_Kanefield Yes, because I think this the first time he has testified in a trial. We have a live experiment to prove or disprove a hypothesis.

It's also likely he will show he never had any children and that Donald Trump isn't his real name so be can't be held liable for the actions of someone with that name.

@Teri_Kanefield @lawfare just adding a part of the tfg/Cohen saga some may have forgotten : when the pandemic came, Cohen was about to be released from jail as part of easing overcrowding measures. Tfg personally went to Barr and asked Cohen be kept in jail. And for a while he was as Barr was a good boy till almost the end. I forgot how Cohen eventually got out, but this shows you the petty vindictiveness of tfg!
