@antifaintl This is an (unintentionally?) amazing illustration of how online discourse works in the face of very different subcultures, actually.
There are folks in whose social circles trans people play a big role, just like non-H,He atoms play a big role in all our lives. And so they care a lot about trans topics.
But just like astrophysicists probably don't spend much time thinking about molybdenum, there are also lots of folks to whom the whole trans rights discussion is just "meh".
