@tithonium We need to renegotiate, and they won't even talk to us until the current service is cancelled, which means no internet until they find a sherpa who can find their ass with both hands and a flashlight.

I warned tithonium about them, but a little late

we went elsewhere the minute we could, and it did involve the state attorney general's office coming in on our side and yes i was absolutely ready to bring in my lawyer once they tried to charge us $1500 to disconnect service

fuck #comcast and fuck #ComcastBusiness and friends don't let friends do comcast.

@moira @garpu not so much late as I had zero choice. It was Comcast or no internet.
