We probably all have a part of us that we dislike. Or heck, we might even hate it. We don't want it to be in our lives, but for some reason we can't seem to get rid of it. No matter how much we try. So we want to hide it and pretend it's not there. And as long as it's hidden and doesn't resurface, it's OK, right?
Hard to believe: What kind horrible human beings would use a mental condition of someone to hurt that person on purpose and repeatedly?
Sorry to say this, but the word sc*m comes to mind.
...about my mental health and my triggers, used it very well against me as some people I’d known for many years have ditched me for being such a horrible person. So of course this only added to my feelings of being a “bad person”.

Very hard to believe. That's why I didn't understand it while it was happening. I truly believed I was so bad for going through so many bad meltdowns...
But now, the last 5 years being alone, I've had about 8 meltdowns in total... Waaaaaay less and also, less severe.
Yeah I was good when there was money. Then health declined and all went to sh*t...
Some people just are bad and selfish unfortunately.
I recently read and boosted a well-written article about #narcissists and how much more frequent they are than we think and that we should all stay clear of them.
