Been thinking about the psychological makeup of the billionaire class. Seems to me that there is a great, possibly overwhelming, fear among them that they won't have "enough". So they overcompensate and take far too much.
I feel there scared of being treated the way they treat others so they do anything the can to remove any restraints on there own behavior to retain exemption.
End game capitalism is monarchism with the illusion of exceptionalism being attainable through hard work and effort.
It is the psychology of the carot always being on the stick in your hand. Of not knowing how to socialize without coercion.
@zakalwe@Adam_Cadmon1@dharmadischarge If you were surrounded by other billionaires all the time, even as someone completely devoid of empathy, you'd have to sense the threat--the menace--radiating off of them. No wonder so many of them are obsessed with a "backup planet". They have all met each other, at Davos or Bohemian Grove or wherever else. What could be more secure than going somewhere that you're the only antisocial-personality-disordered narcissist around?
