@passenger Sure! (To be clear, I’m specifically looking to connect with people who are into the vision of getting the left off X, and building new social media infrastructures that are less vulnerable to billionaires.)
Ah, that might not be appropriate for the people I had in mind then.
I can still put the word around but I think you're outlining a new and large project, rather than just "does your local IWW group / feminist group / trans group / antifa group want to have a place to post their upcoming events", and not everyone is going to have capacity for that.
@passenger No big project necessarily. Just a group chat. But specifically a group chat for people who are personally users of Mastodon or Bluesky (or maybe Threads) and thus presumably get the bigger political significance of the platforms, but are with orgs who don’t seem to get that yet. Just want to make connections and open dialog with people about how we can be a force for change within our orgs and the bigger movement(s)
