@seachanger yes/and: regardless of the norms we establish, some of that is inevitably still going to happen, so being prepared for it, individually and collectively, is also essential. (cultivating a thick skin, humility, sense of self, etc)
@seachanger Nothing worse than the Pain Olympics. Everyone goes through trauma relative to their own experience and the only useful response is empathy.
