Hmm. Honestly, this just makes me wonder if I should have been imagining Zaphod with burnt orange skin all this time. Stupid politicians, stupid inaccurate nicknames granted by same... it's ringing a bell. Can't quite put my finger on it. I'm sure it'll come to me eventually...

@JoeRess looking in more detail at some of the projects ( https://www.gov.uk/government/news/government-backing-for-ai-businesses-to-deliver-net-zero-with-innovative-technologies ) I think I am slightly happier about this. Especially if, as I suspect, the bidders needed to put AI buzzword on the bid , but in reality it's just machine learning and/or computer vision.
