I'm so recognising this feeling. I was forced to take it slow after having a total burn-out a few years back. One trick I'm still practicing whenever possible is taking a mid-day nap. (Which is doable, as I mainly work from my home office. I'm lucky like that.)
Took me a while to be OK with that, but my afternoons are SO much more productive now. The Spaniards were really onto something with the siesta... 🥱😴
