@ricard really makes one think that learning it is worth the effort and money when thinking about the amount of cheap mangas to buy. It's so expensive outside japan and many with bad translations 😔

@vascorsd it's a very valid question, thought the same thing.

I think it would take a huge effort though. It doesn't seem worth it just to read manga.

@ricard well, if good enough one could also understand all the anime 😅.

But yeah it's a pain, I have some friends that spent some years learning it as a hobby and I don't think any are at a point where they can read a manga.
