If you are going to keep it, you should probably draw a circle around it with salt, then put five quarts crystals around the circle, then seal that with another circle of salt. And it has to be pink Himalayan or white Celtic Sea salt, otherwise you can't seal in any demons that might be there. But just in case they do jump the seals, you should keep a mirror nearby so you can trap them, along with a wooden cross stake, a flask of holy water, and a silver bullet with a hollow tip tritium phosphate and UV quantum dot gel munition.
I will try to make a gray wash for him so he looks aged by the sea salty air. I don't want to buy paint though, so I will look through my parents' bin of ancient paint cans when I visit them for easter tomorrow
