Unbelievably with the girls all still messing around outside, we just saw the aurora borealis. In England. I didn't even know it was happening. Apparently a particularly aggressive solar storm is the cause. How cool is that?!?!

Slightly clearer picture. Pinks and purples light the sky in rays.
More of the same. Magical and beautiful. Terrible photography.

had a car catch fire when I was driving. my passenger almost jumped out of the car. I pulled over and we put it out (rug/hole in the floor/exhaust pipe) was able to douse it and complete the trip
