Why don’t browsers hyphenate the word accessibility in this case?

edit: Could it be that if hyphenation would not reduce the number of text lines, browsers just don’t do it?

@db This behavior is kind-of a problem. Imagine a large heading of English text that starts with a capital letter, which is of course normal. All words are hyphenated except the first word. The fallback overflow-wrap breaks the word awkwardly. Just because it’s the first word of the heading. This is not good.
