Oof.. we just heard a loud bang from downstairs with our elderly neighbors so I called to ask if they needed help. Turns out they did since this time the woman had fallen down
Took some time to calm her and her husband down and checked for injuries, it seems they are lucky every time so far but I’m worried that will end some day..
At least she’s back in bed now :blobcathearts:

@stux I know how bad things have to get before a nursing home is even an option. So I wish you, your neighbors and their kids, the best of luck, strength and courage.
