@leighelse @BrentToderian @carltonreid most cities already have goals for more bikes than cars in their adopted Vision Zero and/or Climate Action plans, they just can't figure out how to actually do it without upsetting wealthy drivers who are spoiled entitled toddlers that cry if parking isn't free.
