@starshaped oh wow HELL YES hahaha that SONG right?!? The video too, I mean, I remember getting this when it first came out, I was 15, I was obsessed. Still am, really. Wasn't really into their stuff after this album, but this was MAGICAL.
I love albums when someone lets loose after not being to top dog in another band (see also, All Things Must Pass, Breeder’s Pod, Foo Fighters first two albums), where they obviously had an overabundance of awesome tracks they couldn’t record with the old band.
@FlockOfCats oh wow yes. All of this. This album is just magical. Of course I love it, it's Gary Numan + Weezer + Beach Boys + That Dog hahaha. But wow. The synths. The walls of guitars. FRIENDS OF P. I mean, this is an instant mood lifter to me. Takes me back to when I was 15, I bought it when it came out. It's been a part of my life since haha
