Ok so I want some nice yellow raincoats with cute little yellow hats for these doggos. My explorations of local pet shops, while not extensive, have been unsatisfactory. I have seen photos of dogs in raincoats like I'm describing so I know they exist.
I don't trust the money exchanging internet anymore, outside of maybe a few Etsy artists, and even if I did I can't find em. Grumble.
