I’m here to post cat and flower pictures. Posting about antisemitism is exhausting, but not as exhausting as encountering it and seeing it dismissed or even amplified by other users. The context here is a deleted post which has been screenshot elsewhere (“Jews put a premium on the lives of sons. Daughters? Not so much. They'll toss them to a crowd of rapists” ). This church of Jeff account defends that vile statement and spreads the old fashioned style of #antisemitism which seeks to portray Jewish texts as perverse and Jews as perverse and sinister. Why do so many people follow an account that promotes antisemitic libels? Do they agree? because it sure looks like it.
@littlemiao Wait, "historically accurate"? I keep getting confused whether we're supposed to be believing the Torah is a historical account or whether it's all metaphor and can't have anything historical.
