One of the things that's always irritated me about #Fallout4 is how hit and miss the settlement building is. Or rather scrapping. Why are these 6 trees so important? Why can I scrap every kitchen in the Sanctuary, except for the one in my old house?
Anyway I'm giving Survival another punt. I think I've landed on a build I quite like now. It's more of a VATs idiot gunslinger build, but it means I can use the Deliverer from the Railroad quest line and Kellogg's gun later on unless I find a nice legendary revolver.
Okay this is the game I wanted. It's tough and the main reason I'm dying is stupid mistakes. It's a bit irritating that the enemy spawns & their loot changes each time I respawn but it keeps it interesting. #Fallout4
I've been trying to take the FMS Northern Star for the agility bobblehead but I've just realised, I've already got AGI 9 so I don't really need it right now. #Fallout4
I absolutely love it when #Fallout4 just stops letting you pick up items, open containers, loot bodies or do absolutely anything that requires an interaction. It really rustles my jimmies.
On the plus side, I've realised that you can still save and quit in Survival mode, so you don't necessarily have to find a bed to save before you switch off, though I probably still would because who knows what fuckery it'll cause your saves.
@Konghammer I changed my original save to Survival Mode when the Far Harbor DLC dropped and all my poor settlements on the mainland just had to suck it up because I was not going back to help them without fast travel.
