- After a couple of days of feeling puny, woke up today almost normal.
- Wrote a “gratitude list” for daily reflection BEFORE diving into the negativity of social media, news subscriptions, political & cultural realities. (So much of my personal life is just as I wish it - but crises get the attention & angst. This helps!)
- Good food day - egg salad for brunch, Mexican stuffed peppers for dinner. 😊
