@alexpsmith@Pineywoozle@samiamsam decades ago I was working in NC, walking on a city sidewalk, and Black man was coming toward me. As he got close he moved to the curb and dropped his gaze, looking down and toward the street. I asked myself how I could have not so threatened him. The only possible answer was "Be Black." It was not about me personally, & I was saddened that that was the life he lived. My being male is the same thing for women.
