@justyourluck@jeffcliff I'm sorry, but what is the problem with clicking a link to visit LinkedIn? I post about COVID as an economic and professional issue there since that is a way to change the way people think about COVID-19 as an workplace, career and employment issue.

@augieray@justyourluck@jeffcliff yes, when you are a member this looks like it is open to the world, they keep you logged in all the time. But it is a closed system. And they collect a lot of information about who you are connected with and track what you are interested in. Many people do not want that.
But yes, I appreciate that you want to keep business leaders up to date, that is important!
@augieray@justyourluck@jeffcliff I shut down my linked in account 6 years ago, so this is sadly not visible for me. There are many others in the same situation, or they never were on the platform.
