I have my computer hooked up to a bluetooth speaker, but the first bit of sound keeps getting cut off whenever NVDA speaks. I know there was a program that has not been updated for a while called Bluetoothaudio. Since it hasn't been updated though is there another program that will keep the cutoff from happening? Is there a program that works with JAWS? I already know about silencio but it keeps breaking my sound drivers for some strange reason. Any other ideas? Anyone?
@EJGilbert If you go into Jaws Settings center, then make sure you're in the default settings, then under user setings, there's a "avoid speech cutoff" option. Turn that on and you should be good to go.\
@EJGilbert@Bruce_Toews it is called bluetooth audio. it is not compatible with latest release but i tried it and it works if you over ride the compatibility flag.
@bmoore123@Bruce_Toews Really? That is cool. I am going to try putting it back on my computer. Then I have to find a way to remove the demo version of JAWS and all of its components
@EJGilbert@Bruce_Toews standard method of uninstall. if you allow shared components to be removed it will take the 8 or 10 entries it puts in add remove apps away.
