Ok, I admit to having had some cannabis with my leftover pizza tonight, but I’m not even high yet, and first thing I see in Apple News in Daily Beast is Tucker Carlson telling Joe Rogan that Alex Jones (what a fucking trifecta of high rolling assholery) is a fucking psychic prophet who predicted 9/11 (he didn’t). I’ll never be able to afford whatever Tucker’s smoking.
@qurlyjoe yeah, I think Tucker was blindsided with how quickly, easily, and fully cast aside he was by the rabid right who he seemed to lead for years, with only his bank account being more shocked than him, so he’s doing whatever it takes to scrounge up any fame and cash that he can no matter how debasing or absurd

I think he’s seen how well it’s working for Jones and is just copying his schtick, seeing just how stupid you can be and still have people throwing money at you. I mean Jones lost the suit but last I heard he hasn’t paid any of the judgment against him. Carlson’s become a disciple.
@qurlyjoe What's just incredibly screwed up is that only Newports really did anything. You can still buy Marlboros full menthol like before.
Had anyone but a black president done this there would have been riots in the street. I'll admit it's one of the more confusing things I've ever seen happen.
I know they still sell Marlboros like that for certain because months back I had to stay up for 2 days getting a lot of people somewhere safe and that was the only answer.
