@davidho I think it's just easier to block a whole car lane than, say, 1/3 and let vehicles decide for themselves how to use that "partial" lane. on the other hand, does it really take 8 people to fix 2 bollards! no wonder the process of improving bike lane infrastructure is not going anywhere 🙃
