Today is Ritual Roasters’s 19 anniversary. I moved to SF a few weeks prior to Ritual’s opening and spent a lot of time at their location on Valencia St (I lived a block away). Over the years I’ve made a lot of art and friends at this location too. Happy birthday, Ritual!

I haven't been there for years but the last time, I found the espresso undrinkable, as did my companion. It was so sharp it could cut a hole in the table.
@godzero that's fair. I think their lattes are fantastic, but I'm not necessarily in love with their roasts. It's possible that their baristas are good at what they do, but the beans (particularly the espresso roast) could use improvement.
