@roxy It's a game that plays itself, usually either in the background so you can watch without touching, or while you're not looking, and you check in on its progress.
You can also do it where you set up some sort of strategy or pattern to follow so there's actual input from the player, sometimes, as a treat.
for me thats like a colony/city builder type thing that i can just have running on my PC all day at 1x speed, and it mostly takes care of itself and i can just do other stuff and only occasionally come back to it when something happens.
@roxy Maybe the old SimCity games when you turned off the disasters and let it run for a while while you got something to eat and you hoped nothing went wrong and the city coffers were filled up when you got back?
