Q - do you know of well-researched articles, or academic papers, that explore the risks to the Internet’s infrastructure due to climate change?
I.e. how do we keep the Internet functioning in the midst of extreme weather and other aspects of climate change? For example, if sea levels rise, what will that do to subsea cable landing stations?
I am building a list of articles and papers, and I have some.. but am looking for more.

A major factor in closing the digital divide is creating more reliable Internet access that is affordable. Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) and local traffic are critical to help with this.

The Connecting the Unconnected funding program from the Internet Society Foundation supports organizations working to build and expand Internet infrastructure to connect people living in rural, remote, and low-income areas.
The program focuses on projects building new complementary access solutions and expanding existing complementary access solutions.
