#IVE is a #KPop#GirlGroup that I just never super got into. I didn't dislike their music, but nothing really clicked with me. Until I heard "I Am" - which has been on my playlist since it dropped and is unlikely to be leaving. I am just so ridiculously into the song. @wfpb@vegan As of Monday, I will be without a working kitchen for 6-8 weeks. I have been batch cooking meals that can be frozen and heated in an air fryer. The other meals were family favorites but this burger is new to me. I left out the oil and there's no way to make it low FODMAp. They look and smell great. Now that Momma lives alone, what is she cooking? I made up a smaller version of this recipe and serving with crispy roasted Brussels Sprouts. Quick note: apparently a pound of sprouts is way too much for an older single lady.
