Getting bubble tea on Last Drive-in night has become a tradition. This is guava and jasmine green tea with strawberry jelly hearts, green tee boba and lychee jelly. This is a change up from my usual rose and lycee tea.

Well my meeting with the pro-bono psychotherapist was a bust. He doesn’t believe in bipolar and thinks it’s basically a marketing ploy by Big Pharma. So that’s really not a good fit with me and my worldview, the diagnosis makes sense of my experiences in a way no other explanation has. Guess I will have to shop around for a therapist.

Before I napped and retired to the blanket fort with dogs and my book, I put Lady grey in the pitcher and it's in the garden turning into lovely sun tea. I'm also out of dried mint, how is this even a thing, I... need to fix this. Yes I have fresh mint growing in the garden but it doesn't taste the same in tea. Anyway, now it's time to find my knives and chop veggies for my salad. No idea what doing for dinner. I am feeling profoundly uninspired. It might be taquito night! 🤣🧙‍♀️🔪

A thing is in the wrong place. Maybe it fell. Maybe Tom moved it. Maybe I moved it and forgot. But no, apparently the most likely cause is that supernatural forces moved it to screw with me and cause me distress. I can’t shake the feeling now. I hate my brain 😔

The "Three Body Problem" on Netflix on it's own is bad, but once you compare it to the book, it's much much worse.

The ONLY really good book to movie adaptation I have ever seen was "Silence of the lambs". It more or less just turned the book into a script. The most accurate adaptation I've seen to this day.

@grueproof I asked if anyone else was struggling with it in the group chat. The first person who responded is a criminal lawyer who said she skimmed it and it was a "methodology that I don't see as beneficial to anyone not doing research". I'm taking that as "it's totally fine to skim".

Wow! I love it when my family lets me know that I and my kidand partner are afterthoughts. My sister picked a restaurant for our family Easter dinner (Greek Easter is this Sunday) and they don't have a single vegan item on the menu. Not only did she picked a restaurant with no options, my dad, who was who invited me, was surprised that she hadn't already talked to me. The whole day was planned out and I wasn't going to be invited.
