Got Donald Shoup's "The High Cost of Free Parking" in Libby as an audiobook. A very depressing listen on the #UpperWestSide. We'd so benefit by smart meters but they will never happen because the money would go into a central fund and never benefit the local area. Must be happy with elimination of #ParkingMinimums. Do love the #groupthink analogies with doctors prescribing lead because that's what they all do. #HighCostOfFreeParking #MarketPricedParking
