@thomas@Lamambanegra if you're not familiar with their work it's so worth it! That was probably my first contact with post-metal back in the day and it had a long lasting impression on me.
@HailsandAles Have you listened to the Japanese band MONO? They might appeal if you enjoyed Mogwai. Although I haven't listened to anything they've done since the early 2000's, so can't vouch for newer material.
