📗 added a new tooltip feature, useful for providing additional information about an input or output.

what a fun learning experience! Shiny for Python app that simulates random data distributions and runs the mccv python package. Fun practitioner comparison with Shiny for #rstats: 1) I miss browser(), decorators are cool, plotnine is a great API to the grammar of graphics, and I definitely want to make another Shiny for Python app!
