Just about to eat my dinner. I baked a cheese & onion loaf this afternoon & made a huge pot of zucchini soup. I wasn’t sure about the soup, but it’s delicious & as I do with pumpkin soup, I’ll be adding grated cheese to the bowl next time. The bread is awesome too & yeah it looks like a lot of butter spread on it - my excuse is that it goes into the holes so not my fault 😁. I've cleared front & back pathways & lay down some sand on them. Put out some feeder plates for the birds. Warming up with some delicious #Lebanese style chicken & lentils with tamarind chutney & fresh cilantro #soup. One of my friends made some for me & dropped off 2 containers last night 😊

Stew has been slow cooking all day and just smells so good. I really cannot wait for my partner to get into work so I can have a mega bowl with dumplings 😋
