Taiwanese vegetarian breakfast spot in San Jose with great homemade soy milk as well (Chinese style homemade soy milk is different from store bought Western soy milk, it's way better!)
Both have pretty involved 'pre-order and pickup' logistics, but I'm willing to go through all of that for my favorite styles of dosa (I'm partial to the Mysore benne dose style with a shatteringly crisp exterior and pillowy insides)
I really like Chicha San Chen because they're one of the only boba brands that takes the 'tea' part of boba super seriously. You can see them brewing the tea, separately, from good loose tea leaves. In NorCal, they're only in Cupertino ;/ but they are also in San Gabriel Valley in SoCal. They're from Taiwan, of course.
