This building in a suburban #SanJose office park was occupied by Nio, the Chinese carmaker, who did not renew their lease in October 2023. Without a new tenant, the building went into foreclosure with $25M of outstanding debt.

Both have pretty involved 'pre-order and pickup' logistics, but I'm willing to go through all of that for my favorite styles of dosa (I'm partial to the Mysore benne dose style with a shatteringly crisp exterior and pillowy insides)
