So it's now about a month since said they'd issue a refund for the Xbox their delivery driver stole.

They issued a QR so that I could return the box full of snickers.

Still no refund - in their web interface, the date for the refund to be issued just keeps drifting further out.

Talked to CS, because it's a higher value it can take a month for them to approve (and then still another 14 days to issue).

Utter fucking shambles

I'm done playing games with them, so I've set on them.

To be honest, they've not left me much choice - my next statement will be due soon and I'm not paying a balance that includes a high value item I didn't receive.

Even if they both now take weeks to resolve it, the charge is suspended from my bill until it's resolved.

Update: 's chargeback department are a bunch of lying cunts.

They emailed me quite quickly after I raised the dispute with Amex, so I sent them an email laying out timeline again, providing photos etc.

Today, got a letter from dispute closed because Amazon responded

> The customer has successfully used this shipping address for 83 number of orders that were previously processed and weren't disputed

American Express (credit cards) can be a little annoying when used online.

The card technically has two (2) "security codes." The normal three-digit code in the back and the four-digit code on the front.

When ordering something online, it could be either, and you don't know which until you've submitted payment and either it will be approved (as it should) or it will decline because you entered the wrong code for what it was looking for.

Can you recommend a legitimate service to buy Monero (for perfectly legal and ethically sound reasons) with SEPA?

@maxi but then again: Neither endorsement nor advice.

If it was my decision, the block rate would be at 1 second so it was fast enough for checkouts at a cashier with 3+ confirmations.

OFC nothing prevents a traditional from accepting :monero: instead of or besides , , , , , , , , , , , or even besides their stubbornness to remain irreplaceable middle-men.

is very cheeky in it's signup.

Like not telling you "Oh we don't offer any service in !" just after verifying your identity, their peaks in requiring a / or ...

Like "bruh at least let me pre-pay with !" but no...
