Is it me, or is it a huge conflict of interest for corporate executives to be on the boards of other corporations? Things get especially complicated when they do cross-promotions or collaborations.
If I as a shareholder were paying an executive literally tens of millions of dollars per year, I think I’m justified to insist that they spend 100% of their professional attention on their one employer, and not on another, ostensibly unrelated corporation.
In other news: As a no-name individual contributor, I would be in breach of corporate code of conduct if I were to join the board of directors of an unrelated corporation, no matter how small. Why are executives exempt from this rule?

Das Modell wird seit bestimmt 10 Jahren nicht mehr produziert, und meine Restbestände sind nun ausgelatscht.
The Philadelphia “City Connect” jerseys, which I don’t understand the purpose of AT ALL, are so bad that I may have to boycott all Friday home games in protest. They’re to premier on April 12, and then be worn for every Friday home game.
What the fuck is going on with MLB and Nike? It’s criminal. Greedy fucks.
