Off to the #swimming pool again to experiment with the Ocean Walker technique.

It’s used by #openwater #swimmers to swim for hours on end when crossing sea/ocean channels and stuff.

I grasped the basics last time but got a severe cramp after an hour and had to limp out of the pool.

There’s still some muscle ache left so today’s challenge is to take it real easy and slow.

Hey #swimmers! Does anyone out there have a long-sleeved "compression" style rashguard you like? I have been buying Btoperform but they stretch out sooo quickly, and then they bunch up and are awful to swim in. Looking for something long-lasting and impervious to the punishing rays of the southern California sun.
