Danke schon mal

Well, let's just say it's a small price to pay for the unclogging of the previous 200+ held back packages. Good thing we have https://snapshot.debian.org/ to "roll back" a little!

Culprit seems to be actually libsnappy instead:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1070217

Downgrade that package to this version and latest runs again:

https://snapshot.debian.org/package/snappy/1.1.10-1/#libsnappy1v5_1.1.10-1

456 packages now in the waiting list because of one unmet dependency in a compatibility package.

Is this what war of attrition feels like?

C'mon :(

For the first time, mathematicians have proved that planetary in a solar system will always be .

Once you account for gravitational attraction between the planets, everything gets complicated. You can no longer explicitly calculate the ’ positions and velocities over long periods of time, and must instead ask qualitative questions about how they might behave.

There could be major collisions.
