Ein #Wok macht auf einer herkömmlichen Herdplatte wenig Sinn, weil zu wenig Leistung.
Aber wie sieht das mit Induktionskochfeldern aus?
Hat da jemand Erfahrung mit? Wenn ja, welche Woks könnt ihr dafür empfehlen?
@GambaJo Hi, ein Freund hat sich kürzlich einen Induktionskocher für Woks (also mit Mulde) zugelegt. 3 kW, also an der Steckdose mit 230V nutzbar.
Damit kann man normale Carbonstahl-Woks mit gewölbten Boden schon sehr gut nutzen.
Es ist jedoch kein Vergleich zu einem ordentlichen Gasbrenner. Ich habe ein mobiles Gerät mit 40kW (!) Leistung und das ist eine ganz andere Liga 💪🔥
Damit klappt auch das "Wok Hei"!
