Mixed feelings on but overall positive. It's at least a companion to 's historic & likewise invests solidly on 's businesses fighting the . That's important. By my crude math it's at best 1/3rd of the battle.

I'm actually ecstatic we got one of them but it's going to take ongoing investment in all three (& my crude math suggests equally) to truly compete in the already started global . No small political lift which is why The People part is critical

Under Trump America went dark on climate (amongst many other things) but with Biden's they stepped up the way only a superpower really can. The accelerated accordingly. This is the lens through which must be viewed.
