BoxOfFeet,

Makes me think of the jet song in The Green Hills of Earth.

BoxOfFeet,

I’m so glad I haven’t bought an EA game since Battlefield 1942.

BoxOfFeet,

Yeah, the only mouse I have that does this I’d my Logitech T-BB-18 when I take the ball out.

BoxOfFeet,

Oh, man… Maybe MacGyver trivia? I’m not a superman or anything, but it’s probably something I could beat 99 random people in.

Any of my real interests or talents, I can readily admit I’m probably just average at.

BoxOfFeet,

Um… let’s see.

Even though it was set primarily in LA (and all over the world), half the seasons were filmed in Vancouver.

MacGyver is always super anti gun, which we do get the backstory for. But in the pilot episode, he straight up is just shooting an assault rifle.

The building used for the Phoenix Foundation headquarters is The Qube in Vancouver. I think that is a cool looking building.

His first name is Angus. I think that’s a pretty well-known one if you’ve seen the later seasons.

Dana Elcar started losing his eyesight (pretty sure to glaucoma) and they wrote his blindness into Pete’s character.

Idk, those aren’t super good ones, I guess I need a refresher.

BoxOfFeet,

Moms! Bring your newborn babies. I will pick up a brick, and hit your newborn baby with that brick. Come anytime! We will not run out of bricks.

Leland sure does love his vapor trails.

BoxOfFeet,

I just finished a Windows XP rig so I could relive some of my classic gaming moments. From my college years…

BoxOfFeet,

I forgot about Winamp! I’m going to have to give it a try again. The last time I used it was in 2013, because there was a plugin for extracting the music from Turbografx roms to .wav files. The soundtrack of my childhood.

BoxOfFeet,

I love how many references to MJ music videos they fit into theirs. I chuckled when the mailbox lit up.

BoxOfFeet,

I still haven’t beaten FO4. I lost interest. But I started 3 over again! And it’s still just as good as ever. And it’s been so long since I’ve played it, I’ve forgotten a lot of it. It’s pretty awesome.

BoxOfFeet,

Yeah, that’s not my favorite. I don’t really want to rely on people or be part of a close community like that. And I really like having personal property. I probably contribute the bare minimum to society outside of my taxes. Not part of any organizations, don’t give to charity. Definitely don’t give to the homeless. Don’t volunteer. I just want to work and come home to my house with my family and all my stuff. I’d make a terrible anarchist.

BoxOfFeet,

If my 3rd party app is broken to the point theh can’t bring it back, I would like to say I’d drop YouTube like a sack of moldy tangerines. But I really don’t know what I’d do without it. I use it about 8hrs a day.

BoxOfFeet,

1999 was such an amazing year in my gaming life. Rollercoaster Tycoon, Mechwarrior 3, Battlezone II, and Unreal Tournament. So, so many hours of my life spent in those. That was like, 5 years ago, right?

BoxOfFeet,

Do you really? Dang, I’m so jealous. I still have my original discs for I and II, at least. Yeah, my brother and I loved those as well. My dad worked in IT for EDS at the time, and got some old laptops on the cheap. So, I remember my brother and I laying on the living room floor, playing BZ facing each other over the IR ports. We started implementing gentleman’s agreements, like no killing scavengers and no attacking your opponent’s base for 30 minutes. It became a cold war game, where we would max out our units, and just spy on each other. Maybe send a single fighter over to poke at defenses. Then, I’d send over the mass of APCs I was hiding away from my base, and just annihilate everything.

And BZII had such a great mod scene! We loved XMod. We’d always say no nukes, but we always made them anyway.

BoxOfFeet,

I just finished my Windows XP build, and have been enjoying FO3 again the way it was meant to be played.

BoxOfFeet,

I haven’t bought a copy of Windows since 2011. Bought 7, rode that train to the end, then 10 was a free upgrade. If I have to upgrade my pc for 11, I’ll probably pick out components geared towards a Linux build.

BoxOfFeet,

What is this from? And why are there like, 5 GG1 locomotives connected together?

BoxOfFeet,

In 2001, I still only had CDs my parents bought for me. So, it was probably Jethro Tull’s Greatest Hits, or Bob Seger Live Bullet.

And it wasn’t a Walkman, it was a Panasonic that I still use.

BoxOfFeet,

I like the look of a made bed. And the feeling of getting into a made bed.

BoxOfFeet,

Oh man, that’s the best part!

BoxOfFeet,

That guy definitely has mesothelioma now.

BoxOfFeet,

As a kid, Armageddon. It had action, comedy, and Steve Buscemi.

As an adult, definitely more of a Deep Impact fan.

BoxOfFeet,

I mean, ok. That’s just more Eras Tour tickets available for the rest of us then.
