I’ve had to use discord-screenaudio to get audio share over Wayland at least.

When I stream, I use OBS and YouTube anyway for 1440p60fps AV1 🤔.

ReadME/Installation:

When one installs their package manager version of steam, steam-devices usually takes care of controllers for the system.

But if say, you are on immutable like Silverblue or Kinoite and use the Steam Flatpak, then udev rules are not included by steam.

Does anyone else hate playing games with no sound?

I see so many people talking about using their deck to play games while others are watching TV with their partners or whatever. But I just can’t do it. I hate not hearing the sound effects, music, voice acting when playing a game, and I tend to find myself not using the deck as often as I would like as a result....

I think we use 🎧 🤔.

There’s even ambient/passthrough mode on noise canceling ones now a days.

Or there’s also bone conducting ones like Trekz.

Probably depends on each search engine.

I think there’s a way to perhaps block Domains from search results with DNS filter lists.

I’m probably overthinking everything.

I think with UBlock origin for example, maybe can just use filter/block lists as well:

I use Spectacle on plasma to take screenshots. I set a 3 second wait timer on screen caps, specifically for Diablo IV.

Normally It wasn’t grabbing my tooltips because mouse or controller would loose focus.

So setting a wait gave me time to just stay on the tooltip and it grabs it fine.

Then can export to something like Gwenview and crop.

These pair well with the snake healing on crit/pulverize/earth magic healing indeed. The shield from overhealing, isn’t amazing in itself. But it scales with potion healing %+ paragon nodes if activated.

More importantly, it shields your fortification level. I treat potions as healing for my fortification now -.-

And most importantly, I can chug all the extra healing potions I see to keep the land clean of litter.

Someone needs to deal with all that glass.

I’ve always been AMD myself.

Unfortunately I’ve had an Asus Strix Vega 64 suffer from voltage spikes and ended up seeing it has bad quality control thermal pads ❎

Then seeing Asus melt motherboards with the AM5 X3Ds at launch 🤔…

I think the current generation of Power Color was having a similar issues with thermal pads, but don’t quote me on that. My PC 5700xt and 6900xt Red Devils worked fine.

I went with Sapphire this go round for my 7900xtx.

Make friends, resell old parts. Subsidize upgrades 🙃

What I really love is being able to edit my titles, in case I make a typo.

I remember a man I worked with used to do electrical engineering in Kuwait, with 🌴s being on 🔥 was sorta normal.

I agree east coast being on fire is sadness.

I recall this episode of the 90s outer limits:

I love that the new Fallout Boy cover of “We didn’t start the fire” starts with “Captain Planet”.

If you ever watch The Expanse, I love looking at the holo-billboards of things.

There’s definitely a cricket protein plant on an aerial shot of earth.

Elite Dangerous Odyssey has fun holo-billboards in game as well for grub protein. 🥹

TheDude recently upgraded the server to the most recent version of Lemmy. You’ll notice significant improvements to the user interface, and hopefully the functionality is also improved. The 4k Remaster of Alien looks 🔥 on an OLED They said they were gonna remaster the others…am still waiting 😭

The audio is 🔥 too. Not ATMOS but has 5.1 HD-DTS, which is still miles above the cruddy mono speaker we had on our CRT tv growing up -.-
